3rd Segment: Structure of Bacteria & Classification of Microbes

From this segment, you will be learning the general structure of bacteria which is vital when it comes to addressing gut-related health problems. In addition, you will be visually guided on the classification of microbes based on their shapes and composition of cell wall.

4th Segment: Microbes Found in Gut Flora

In this segment, you would be introduced to the distinct number of microbes with their local distribution in human gut flora. Furthermore, each of these bacteria will be classified using the methods learned in the previous segment.



5th Segment: Skin Microflora

· Intended Learning Outcome:

This segment describes the importance of skin microflora in relation to innate and adaptive defenses. Besides that, you will be learning on diverse numbers of skin microflora and you will get the opportunity to reflect upon the classification methods used in the previous segment.

7th Segment: Lifestyle/Wellness Habits that Affect Skin Health Caused by Gut Microbes

From this segment, you will be able to identify unhealthy lifestyle and wellness habits that would lead to detrimental effects on skin which is caused by gut microbes.
