Participants will learn about the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and how these requirements can be implemented in a practical manner. This includes understanding the context of the organization, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation, and improvement.
Participants will also learn how to implement a QMS based on ISO 9001:2015, including the planning, documentation, implementation, and monitoring and measurement of the QMS. This includes understanding the importance of data analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and management review in driving continuous improvement.
The course will also cover the role of internal auditing in a QMS based on ISO 9001:2015, including the planning, preparation, and conduct of internal audits, and the reporting and follow-up of audit findings. Participants will learn how to use internal audits to identify areas for improvement and to ensure ongoing compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
