Journaling is an absolute must to help us process big and challenging life experiences and life changes. It is a potent tool of self-reflection and personal growth and transformation.
Journaling can be used to mind dump, to manifest, to plan, to recognize and process your emotions and thoughts, as a gratitude practice and in so many more ways than that.
In this course we discuss some of the many benefits of journaling, a range of different types of journaling and there are some prompts and tools to get you started.
The only thing left to do is get started.
You can try my hacks but you do need to do it.
