This course will help you understand that your current version of self is enough. You are not a project to be fixed or improved. You are a human being with its own flaws as any other person. Before you accept yourself- you need to see and feel your inner self as your friend you're perceiving, without setting any labels on yourself. This course mainly aims at you being more understanding of your feelings and needs that come from within. This is the main way of self acceptance.
Recognize that you are part of common humanity who makes mistakes. And rather than isolating and deeming yourself as unworthy of love because of those mistakes, act and think with love and kindness towards yourself.
Instead of shaming or judging yourself, redirect your focus and identify yourself with the courage and hope you had prior "failure."
"Failure" is how people usually perceive their experiences that didn't lead them to the wanted result. But actually, it was a learning experience of self-growth. Forgive yourself. Don't blame yourself for things that were probably out of your control anyway.
Surround yourself with supportive and loving people. Just like for a flower - in order for it to bloom, it must be watered and the soil must be changed - the same way your soil is your social support system, which is vital for you to be healthy.
