*** This course introduces an advanced form of Inner Fire Meditation. It is a development of the method that can only be practiced by those who have already gone through the fundamental learning and practice.
“I baptise you with water for repentance, but after me will come One more powerful than I. He will baptise you with the Holy Spirit and with fire.”
- Matthew 3:11
What does it mean to be baptised by the Holy Spirit and fire?
Teachings from Kabbalistic scriptures, the Bible and the teachings of Jesus are known to speak in metaphors; in parables.
When we delve deeper into these words, the spiritual truth they point to, can open up.
Through the practise and teachings of the inner fire of Shai, you have come to know the spark of divine consciousness that rests within man as ‘Kundalini’. When Kundalini begins to become active, a kind of inner fire arises within us that begins to purify our system, creating more space for Spirit within our being.
In the meditation of the inner fire, this reality of the spiritual process has been translated very directly into a technique. That's what makes inner fire so effective.
But the principles behind it, have also been described in the Kabbalistic, esoteric tradition. And while Jesus liked to speak in metaphors publicly - so that only those who are ready for it understand the deeper truth behind it - an essential aspect of his work was exactly that: to baptise with holy spirit and fire: to initiate people into the process of spiritual awakening.
What happens when we combine the mystical knowledge of two meaningful traditions - Tantric Buddhism and the esoteric teachings of Judaism?
This advanced form of Inner Fire, makes the inner fire even more effective and sublime! The only requirement is that you have already learnt and practised the basic principles of inner fire.
These two days we will combine an introduction to this advanced practice with some Kabbalistic background and an intense practice of the different inner fire techniques in their new versions. This will include vase breathing, clear light and, of course, the full practice of inner fire.
The Kabbalistic teaching will include hidden aspects of the teachings of Jesus, as well as the principle of Kabbalistic meditation on Hebrew letters, and a deeper interpretation of elements of the Old Testament: a powerful and fruitful union of two major traditions.
