Indian Ayurveda science says that the acts that cause physical strain are called exercise. Through exercise we can achieve many things like maintain our body weight and ability to do more works, better digestion, remove unwanted fat from the body, ability to avoid heart diseases & diabetics, strengthening the body and maintain a better physique.
But normal people shouldn't follow disorder over workouts, because which causes tuberculosis, lung diseases, fever, and many other health issues.

SO HERE IS THE IMPORTANCE OF KALARI YOGA.

Kalarippayattu is known as the mother of all martial arts, which invented more than 3000 years back at the southern part of India, called Kerala. Still many of them practicing this warriors art here, in the name of the Kalari Lords such as Lord Siva, Parvathy, Maha Kali, etc. There are three different styles in Kalarippayattu; Southern, Middle Kerala and Northern style. In Southern-style, there are many deadly techniques like bare-hand attacks and defense. Dangerous pressure point techniques and animal posture stances including breath conditioning techniques. In Northern style Kalarippayattu, giving more priority to the weapons attack and defense such as Sword, Sphere, Stick, etc. In middle Kerala style, there are lots of defense techniques and very fast movements. That gives the ability to fight with more people.

In this course, contains the initial preparation methods for Kalarippayattu practitioners, called Kalari Yoga, such as the seven breath conditioning techniques (cause to arise the seven chakras in our body), Seven Hatha yoga asanas and Soorya namaskara.
Everyone can start following these lessons expect people who suffering from dangerous diseases, pregnant ladies and old people.

You can practice these lessons daily minimum of 15 to 20 minutes.

This exercise can cause to arise "Mooladhara Chakra" is the basement of all other Chakras, because of that it's called Mooladhara Chakra ( the basement chakra). The area of this chakra mainly consists of reproductive organs and anus. Through this breathing technique, we can able to cure the reproductive organs related to health issues, and digestion-related diseases like Piles and Fistula, Thyroid, etc.
