Description

This course has been developed based on current understandings in anatomy, physiology, neurophysiology, neuroscience, and pain science. The course introduces the foundations of k taping and its history and introduces the student to the principles and theories of k taping.

Most k taping courses are still teaching taping to target particular muscles. This course aims to show the student that the main target (and likely only targeted tissue) of taping is the skin. We dive into the basic anatomy of the skin and its nervous supply and introduce taping applications aimed at affecting specific cutaneous sensory nerves to have our therapeutic effect.
