This course is divided into 5 sections: Knowing Self, Applying Self, Manger to People Leader, People Leader to Inspirational Leader & Inspirational Leader to Super Leader.

I will take you through these 5 sections, which are broken down into 21 pieces of the leadership puzzle, step by step to help you become a super leader. I have curated these pieces to help you expand your understanding of yourself and your team and reveal to you the mindsets and behaviors that make a super leader. Each piece talks about a specific leadership topic, how to become skilled at it and what pitfalls to avoid. I have tried to give you a 360-degree understanding of the topics and included several self-reflections points as well as assignments for you to have an opportunity to learn, explore, practice, and apply them practically.
