We are all connected. It doesn't matter what our job is. We all collaborate, work and manage people to achieve the same goal. Inspire and motivate others when you have little or no authority by unlocking the leader within you.


That's right! Right now, you are a leader. Hard to believe I know. But it's true! Every day you are making an impact even if it is small. That you (yes, that's right, you!) without any authority are bringing people together, bringing ideas to life and achieving that common goal. You may not see it but trust me, you are. 


Leading from the Middle is all about recognising and unlocking that leader that is already there. Like your career, this is a marathon, not a sprint. By the end of this course, you will be equipped with the tools you need in your new toolkit to be able to go out there and not only show the value you bring to your role, but you will also be able to articulate your personality style, build successful relationships with your colleagues and adapt your language to the individual while still leading the masses.
