In warm-up movements and exercises, stretching movements are made in the muscles and joints, and posture, posture and balance are worked on. These gains are very valuable. Thanks to the fall and rise techniques taught correctly in this sport, we learn to get rid of falls that may happen in normal life without getting injured and to get up correctly.
If we look at the way the Close Defense sport works, all the exercises are done under the leadership of the trainer, which ensures that every movement, from warm-up to working movements, is supervised and corrected when necessary, in accordance with the technique. As we know, injuries in many activities are caused by improper application of the technique. Anyone of any age can easily do this sport.

Our children will not learn only an attack and defense art with aikido. He will learn where to defend himself, where to attack, and with it the philosophy of attack and defense. Directing our children, who do not have intellectual activities and cease to be passive individuals, to sports with a philosophy such as aikido will also be a great gain for the society. Our children, who are interested in this defense sport, will have developed in terms of awareness and adaptation problems earlier than their peers, and thus will be one step ahead in life. Learning aikido for children and young people has many benefits in terms of personal development. Unfortunately, today, a passive youth without intellectual activities, and with this youth, children who are far from any philosophy are growing up.
