Description

Hello Viewers/Readers,

Updated on Sept 2021.

If you are looking for a beginner-level course on Computer Networking then your search ends here.

This course is subdivided into 6 lessons and each lesson is further divided into 3 sessions each. In total 18 quality lectures. The best part of this course is that you will be provided with QnAs for each session. Every QnA is having 10-15 questions from that session. This will further simplify the concepts and will resolve your doubts also. I am providing a document listing all the topics of the course, which will give you a clear picture of the course that is downloadable.

Some more lectures are there in the new update. (new section on IP Addressing and Subnetting)

After you complete the course text me on Course Message and I will fix a doubt session with you where you can ask questions about the course. ( Nothing is being marketed in this session).

You will acquire all the fundamental knowledge of computer networks with this course.

A computer network is a group of computers that use a set of common communication protocols over digital interconnections for the purpose of sharing resources located on or provided by the network nodes. The interconnections between nodes are formed from a broad spectrum of telecommunication network technologies, based on physically wired, optical, and wireless radio-frequency methods that may be arranged in a variety of network topologies.

The nodes of a computer network may be classified by many means as personal computers, servers, networking hardware, or general-purpose hosts. They are identified by hostnames and network addresses. Hostnames serve as memorable labels for the nodes, rarely changed after the initial assignment. Network addresses serve for locating and identifying the nodes by communication protocols such as the Internet Protocol.
