We believe that if you and your partner dedicate about two hours every week to this workshop and engage with the activities in the couple's workbook with an open mind, honesty, and goodwill towards one another, your relationship will be transformed into a healthier version by the end of eight weeks.
In Chapter One, you will get an opportunity to reminisce about how you started and remind yourselves why you fell in love in the first place.
In Chapter Two, you will learn about the different communication styles and identify which one you are currently using in your relationship. If you find that you are employing an unhealthy communication style, you will get a chance to learn healthy ways to communicate with your spouse.
In Chapter Three, you will learn about healthy ways to manage conflict.
In Chapter Four, you will learn about forgiveness and the two key forgiveness that you have to go through to be able to move on from experiences with your spouse or anyone at all that caused your pain.
In Chapter Five, you will learn about the impact of your experiences from your respective home of origin and how they may be impacting your relationship right now. You will also learn tools to set healthy boundaries with any third party that may be negatively impacting your relationship.
In Chapter Six, you will learn about healthy money management style in marriage
In Chapter Seven, you will understand that we a biologically sexual beings and gain an understanding of the influences that may have negatively impacted your perspective on sexuality.
In Chapter Eight, you will learn about the different way people receive love and get tips on how you can love your spouse well.
