I have written and published courses on stress management, anxiety control, depression, spiritual healing and self-esteem, just to name a few.
In researching these various topics I came to the realization that a common theme in all of this information is How We Deal With Life Challenges. It occurred to me that if we could learn to deal with challenges as they come to us, we would not have as many stressful events which then lead to anxiety and possibly even depression.
So, I have prepared this course to do just that; Aid you in developing a plan to deal with life’s challenges so you can meet them head-on rather than waiting to react after the fact.

See, living with the challenges of daily life can feel overwhelming sometimes. And figuring out how to cope with and solve these problems is never easy. Challenges can be many different things in life, but they all share one common trait. A trial is something that tests you.
They may put your mental, physical, or emotional strength into question, and many challenges test more than one aspect of our strength, too. Life’s challenges are not usually overcome with simple solutions. If they were easy to solve, they wouldn’t be a life challenge, now would they?
