This course has been designed for very busy people who find they are burned out, stressed, overwhelmed or over-thinking - and want to create a calmer, happier life - but either don't know where to start or simply don't have as much time as they would like for self care. The format and content has been specifically designed to provide science based techniques founded in positive psychology principles and NLP (Neuro-lingustic programming). The tools and techniques only take a few minutes, can be easily incorporated into a very busy day and have shown to be highly effective in creating long lasting change.
The course contains short bite size videos first of all explaining how this works followed by practical techniques. The short videos can be watched one at a time or several in one session - and then you can practice the techniques before moving on to the next one or next few. The course has been designed to be experiential so you'll learn each method by practising the technique. At the end of the course, you'll be empowered with a variety of life hacks, tools and techniques to promote a calm and balanced life reducing stress and overwhelm improving your mental wellbeing and overall wellness.
