Description

The Bey Atelier in Baroque Drawing is an artistic experience that will take you back to the 17th century where you will learn - together with Baudilio Bey- the secrets of artistic drawing in the greatest of the classical ages of art. Step by step you will discover the power of angles tecnique and its relationship with drawing lines. A technique used by the great baroque masters (Rembrandt, Caravaggio, and Claudio de Lorraine) to draw anything and turn it into a masterpiece. This opportunity will allow you not only to learn about this extraordinary drawing technique, but also the importance of telling stories through lines, shadows and strokes. On the other hand, this master course in drawing is a unique learning  experience, enginered using storytelling. The main goal is immersing you in the environment of the 17th century so you can turn into a protagonist of the baroque itself.

VOLUME 3

The Bey Atelier in Baroque drawing Vol 3 is the most artistic and imaginative of all. Inspired by the extraordinary landscape painter CLAUDE LORRAINE and discovering the secrets of his life and legacy, students will learn to create a landscape in a technical and artistic way to tell stories just like the great Lorraine did during the Baroque. Students will learn to master the incredible grid technique together with angle technique to draw objects and shapes in large spaces with perspective. The most important thing about this volume is that students will apply the knowledge of Volumes 1 and 2 but in drawings that will render spaces in the distance. A beautiful experience to cinematically tell stories through artistic drawing.

"This course is designed with a special methodology developed at the Autonomous University of Barcelona as part of a final Master's thesis with honorable mention. It is an honor for me to be able to share this new experience of teaching an ancient art such as drawing."
