I understand, I’ve been there myself having struggled with bipolar and depression for 25 years.  Yet I finally found a powerful way to overcome this challenge and succeed in life using these powerful steps of mindfulness.

My course teaches you effective mindfulness and meditation techniques that will help you deal with and alleviate your mental health struggles of being sensitive, bipolar, depressive or anxious.

  • In Section 1 we first will introduce you to the basics of mindfulness and the importance of our mindset towards mood and mental health disorders and other emotional struggles. 

  • In Section 2 we then delve deep into mindfulness and explore how it can change your behaviors, emotions and mindset through very specific shifts. 

  • Then in Section 3 we will focus on the power of meditation and how this can help you be both present and find peace with your emotions and behaviors.  

  • The final Section 4 is the shift to this new mindset and belief and how this will transform your life.

Each video class is between 8-12 minutes long so you can easily digest these life changing steps living a busy life one day at a time. It will also have an exercise action step that you can do to help you understand the lecture and apply it to your daily life.
