There is a lot of noise out there regarding "mindfulness," which is excellent on the one hand. But on the other hand, they don´t explain it adequately to new practitioners and sometimes leave people hanging. Without fully understanding mindfulness, it can be pretty daunting to practice it. It happened to me when I was in the corporate field. There was a time when I was running on autopilot in my work and did not notice much around me. I had lost touch with myself as I was too focused on getting the next promotion and getting ahead in my career

Whenever someone mentioned mindfulness, I shrugged it off as "another hippie thing" and would not even try it. Luckily, I met a coach who introduced me to mindfulness and other relaxation techniques. My life was transformed after that. I became much more successful in my career and reached many different goals in my life.


So I decided to leave my corporate job and partner with licensed experts to create stress management programs for other professionals who are missing out on these life-changing practices.
