The MyCoachExec Growth Journey Executive Coaching Program offers 3 sections with 7 coaching sessions in each. This course focuses on leading participants through a personal & professional growth journey that is inspired by the G.R.O.W. (Goal, Reality, Options, Will) Coaching Model that is commonly used in Executive Coaching all over the world.
This course is designed to focus on growing yourself, growing others and growing your business utilizing supporting materials such as workbooks for each section that offers activities such as a formula for building your unique personal mission statement, generating goals and action planning guides, along with video coaching sessions with the creator of MyCoachExec Growth Journey Program.
It is designed to encourage and inspire individuals and teams create clarity on how to serve in their purpose professionally, open doors for success, and take a path in life that will align to each individual’s talent and personal growth.
The MyCoachExec Growth Journey was born from the creator’s true passion and desire to continue to grow self, grow others, and grow her business. The GROW (Goal, Reality, Options, Will) Coaching Model inspired her to continue down a path of success, pursuing her passion, creating a successful path forward, and growing others by sharing her work and commitment to helping others walk through their own unique growth journey. This course is unique, it is personal, and it was created with a tremendous amount of passion from the instructor. She will share some of her own personal growth journey experiences during the video coaching sessions.
