Ayurveda, mindfulness, yoga, and many practices engaging in a lifestyle of gentle movement & relaxation with daily help to change the emotional life of your brain!

The Healing Power of Ayurveda is pertinent for combating depression, anxiety, falling asleep, better meditation, stress relief, studying, better yoga practice, pain management, trauma release, injury and so much more.

Here I hope to inspire you to take charge of your body to learn to recognize disease, stress, trauma, anxiety, depression and pain signs and symptoms.  A journey for the mind, body and soul!

We will dive into mindfulness, a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment in your body, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations.

Recognize the presence of your ego, say hello, and then calmly dismiss it. All there is to mindful is to Simply Be. While there are plenty more advanced explanations on this topic available for you to further explore if you desire; what has been described here is the simple and pure essence of mindfulness meditation.

This course is not meant to replace western medicine, just complement it, especially in these hard times.
