On behalf of FLUENT MOMENTUM we welcome you to the course, the main theme of which will be Cognitive Neurosciences applied to the organizational environment and the enhancement of leadership.
Are you interested in the theory behind, personality formation, motivation, values and organisational excellence?
For more than a decade, management has been working synergistically with neuroscience research in organizational fields, allowing the development of more effective talent development strategies, measuring and making more evident the biological mechanisms through which their leaders and collaborators coexist with uncertainty, they regulate stress and emotions, make decisions and mobilize people. The study of the brain is no longer detached from the development of leaders, who find in neuroscience a source of innovation for the creation of new ways of developing people, and although there is still a long way to go, science already has some answers to questions as are the functioning of the brain in the face of digital changes or transformations, so common in our days. Where the impact and influence of people is studied but this time, with the brain in "mind".
Through new tools and techniques, it is possible to diagnose and understand the different types of mental models, motivations, types of intelligence, individual cognitive roles and teams to exercise increasingly effective leadership. We invite you to be part of this experience, which surprises and captivates more and more people related to leadership or organizational consulting.
This course was born out of a desire to make this information simple and accessible, the dichotomy between a physical organ and the mind hides questions that, as they are revealed, allow us to learn a little more about what happens in the brain and mind of the leaders, as well as your own. At FLUENT MOMENTUM we hope this proposal amazes you as much as it did us, we want to bring you closer to the intricate highways of interconnected neurons, closer to the sense of awe ignited when we face the reality that we’re only just beginning to understand a small percentage of the seemingly limitless functions of the human brain and mind.
Welcome to this challenge, one that will allow you to better understand yourself, and how we can better lead in organizations with the brain “in mind”.
