This course was designed for those who work in all types of organizations, as well as those about to enter the workforce. Participants should be able to make better decisions and understand other's reactions by applying fundamental principles of organizational behavior. This course goes beyond theory through videos, readings, and interactive exercises. Topics covered include: decision making, job satisfaction, interpersonal relations, leadership, motivation, organizational structures and design, power and politics, teams and group dynamics, change management, diversity in work-settings.
At the end of this course, participants should be able to understand major theories and concepts underlying the modern organizational behavior scholarship and practice.
