Description

Demand Planning is vital and it ensures the ability to improve inventory management, increase customer satisfaction, optimize production planning, improve business strategy, and set and meet commitments. A good Demand Plan affects the entire organization, and in this course, I will walk you through the following objectives:


  • Understand the importance of time in Demand Planning

  • Identify milestones, events and boundaries that form the monthly calendar

  • Be prepared to manage change

  • Learn how to hold an effective Demand Review

In addition, we will build on the information from Course 1 and 2 and further our knowledge and expertise in Demand Planning. We will take a deeper dive into how we can incorporate time into Demand Planning and understand the importance of both time fences and lead times. We will also learn how to establish rules on when and how to break into a set plan.
