Power of You is about building your inner and outer self with a focus on personal development and success. 

Power of You is available in three series. In Part I, You will go through self esteem and positive attitude. You get a self introspective experience and will be able to re-discover yourself and your attitude.  You will look at yourself from a different perspective.  It is about building and motivating your true and honest self, because only you know yourself better than anyone else. In another course, Part II or Power of You - Series II, Confidence Building you will build ways on how to develop confidence in public speaking and also how to manage un-necessary stress and stay organized. Check out the preview lessons to know more.

In this course, part III, Elements of First Impression, you will look at the much needed etiquette to highlight the power within yourself and the necessary communication both verbal and non-verbal, including the messages that our clothing and neatness sends out. Check out the course curriculum.

Power of You has been compiled and put together as a guide or a course to help develop young adults with social skills.

Completing all three series will give you an overall change in your personality both from the inside as well as the outside with the help of the practice activities.
