This course has no affiliation with Practice Hub, but is produced and delivered by someone with a high level of understanding of its features and uses.
The course will take the student right the way through the system looking at all the different aspects of it.
Initially registering a new account with Practice Hub and getting logged in.
Then moving on to configuring all the various settings such as clinic settings, appointment types, invoice products and payments, team members including both admin and clinic practitioners, setting up online access for bookings, setting up reminder and appointment confirmation settings and messages, configuring security options, integrations with other applications such as payment and communication gateways and many more options
Finally the student is moved into using it on a day to day basis such as various methods for creating patients and appointments, generating invoices, processing appointment options such as rescheduling, cancelling, changing appointment types, recording memos and then looking at reporting back information from the system including looking at some of the more advanced aspects such as data exports and how this can be used for further analysis of what has been used in the centre.
By the time the student has been through the whole course, they should be able to setup a brand new site in Practice Hub and configure all the important settings to be able to get up and running for everyday use.
