‘Practicing Mindfulness in Early Childhood’ by 'The Joy Of Learning' is a hands-on course using a variety of age-appropriate guided exercises to teach young children, the techniques of mindfulness through meditation, yoga practices and music & movement exercises. This will facilitate children to increase their learning capacity and enhance awareness to develop self- regulation of their emotions by releasing/managing stress and anxiety to live happily in harmony with the realities of the world.
