It is then clear that before starting any project it is important to take the time to plan its realization and this by using the tools that facilitate this.

The general objective of this training is to allow the mastery of planning and management techniques to effectively manage projects under the Primavera P6 software. It is then a question of planning the schedule of a project, planning and allocating resources, allocating roles and defining mission, leveling and scheduling them. Defining also the expenses of the projects, calculating the costs of the project and monitoring its progress, generating communication and advancement under the Primavera software.
Application exercises are offered throughout this training and a practical section is also devoted to simulation exercises that will allow you to practice and better master the functionalities of the software.
