This course Progressive Breath Awareness Booster primarily addresses the breath through approaches, observations, perceptions, practice ideas, and with inquiries ranging from simple, commonplace, practical and broad overviews to the bizarre, obscure, esoteric, and minutia.
This course is not to overwhelm, for overthinking, for comparison, or judgement; rather, it primarily intends leveraging cutting edge material to increase and enhance the likelihood of maintaining and prolonging bare awareness of breath for and during breath practices as well as in everyday life.
Lecture 1: Brief Introduction and Overview
Lecture 2: Full Introduction and Key Questions
Introducing and explaining how to work with the course material then starting in with key questions for contemplation
Lecture 3: Questions
Addressing the bulk of the course questions, many of which instantly interrupt being on auto-pilot and habitual (perceptual) pattering long enough to break through to new aspects and dimensions of breath awareness which increase with multiple listens and practice (integration)
Lecture 4: More Questions & Perceptions
Rounding out the myriad multidimensional inquiry methods then onto
expanded, yet refined perceptions to amplify and sustain bare breath (awareness) and beyond
Lecture 5: Practice Ideas
The majority of these mostly novel, experimental, erudite and cutting edge breath (awareness) practice ideas — most unlikely to be found anywhere else — will, at a minimum, enhance one’s current practices and knowledge
Lecture 6: More Practice Ideas
Continuing on with next-level potential practice notions then wrapping up the coursework
Lecture 7: Progressive Breath Awareness Booster Extra Lecture
Like the main course, there are the questions and practice suggestion sections, but this recording lacks the perceptions section
