Description

Part 1 of 6 in the course series reviews the buyout process, then establishes subcontracts, purchase agreements and purchase orders. Key steps are discussed to prepare a subcontractor to begin work. This early stage of the project requires attention to detail and patience, but will set the job up for success if performed well.
