This course is designed to prepare you to approach Psychology. This can be in the form of study & experimentation. This course will slso enable you to understand the reasons for having Psychology, as a useful method of service when applied for its intended purpose. You can use the learning from this course to create your own research topics or if you want to analyse everyday life. Also, if you wan to observe people's behaviour in a safe, considerate manner.
The course includes person perception. There were various ways in which person perception can be formulated. This can depend on the associations found that make accurate person perception. This course will indicate methods used for perception and identification. Therefore, the forms of cognitions involved in perception/ identification/ association will be made clear, as you read through this course.
The research methods section of the course will help you to identify how to conduct research that can be validated through psychological testing and experimentation. The experimentation will indicate the following section that are used in Psychological Research.

COGNITION AND PERFORMANCE
THE COGNITION OF IDENTIFICATION
ABSTRACT
This study will focus on the cognitive perception of identification. I will include factors, which correspond to how we process the activation of identification. There are many considerations that will be used to analyse identification from the perspective of cognition. For example, people identify through face recognition. Fodor, J.A. (1983). There are ways we use our cognition to help to recognize a person we know or a person we have seen before.
We can also identify somebody through cognition a person even if they were wearing a face mask. Identification can also be made through handwriting many times. Handwriting or the way people express themselves requires a form of cognition. Bruner, J.S. (1957).
Identification can include facial expression or a specific way or talking. This can include the appearance of a person, such as whether thy wear jewellery or a type of jacket they might wear.
Identification can include signature and picture matching with ID such as a passport or driving license. I will also include how identification, helps to find a person or with people, who have committed a crime. Barraza, J.F., & Columbo, E. M. (2001).
