Description

This course consists of a teaching part and guided meditations. In the first part, you learn everything you need about meditation and why you want to meditate more. I will share my journey with meditation: When I struggled at the beginning and how I got to love it now.


In the lessons, I tell you all of my tips and tricks on meditating. You can learn from me, a normal person, that wanted to bring meditation into their life just to feel better and manage her energy levels better. The amazing thing is, that meditation gave me so much more, so much more than I could have ever imagined.


The guided meditations included in this course have a purpose. I love to meditate with a purpose, to actually use the time during my meditation wisely and get stuff done. That could be to change a habit, connect with "my happy place" or increase the love I feel for myself.


Purposeful meditations are the most effective way to meditate to change your life and turn it into the future you desired for so long. I used meditations with a purpose to overcome my burnout, completely changing my life for the better and enjoying living more than I ever have.
