Reconnect with Your Inner Self is an empowering course where you will be guided through Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness, which will give you a sense of freedom and self love so you can begin to live the life you desire and become happier and healthier.

You are in the right place and I am going to tell you exactly how ‘Reconnect With Your Inner Self’ will give you the tools, inspiration and support to start you on your journey of selflove and feeling of completeness so you can feel empowered.

....Over the four weeks you will receive videos of yoga classes, guided meditations and affirmations, as well as recorded discussions on different aspects of yoga and mindfulness to deepen your knowledge. You will be given a holistic healthy eating plan with lots of tasty meals to help you on your way to a healthier and fitter life and you will also write a journal.

The classes are sent to you weekly. The duration of all the videos are around 2 hours per week and and you can go at your own speed. You have the options to practice daily or what fits best with you.
