Welcome to RefineM’s Agile Fundamentals course. This course has five modules, and completion of the course will earn you 8 PDU’s/SEU’s. This course is apt for business professionals who have none or some exposure to Agile and are looking to get a comprehensive understanding of the basics
What will you learn in this course?
You will learn the basics of Agile and how the methodologies should be applied to the business environment--in five, simple modules.
The topics covered in the five modules are as follows:
Intro to RefineM: A quick primer on RefineM, the org bringing you this course. Meet our Founder and CEO and learn a bit more about the work we do over at RefineM.
Module 1: Agile Concepts
Module 2: Agile Methodologies
Module 3: Agile Planning and Estimation
Module 4: Agile Project Execution
Module 5: Case Study
For the first four modules, you’ll need to pass a short quiz to move on to the next module. After the fifth module, you’ll need to complete a series of questions about the case study and receive feedback on the answers from our instructors to complete the course.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
NK Shrivastava is an experienced Project Management Consultant, Trainer, and Enterprise Agile Coach. He has over 30 years of experience working with Agile principles and has been coaching Fortune 100 companies on Agile practices for the past 8 years.
