This course has been designed to help you to learn about the fundamentals of resilience and to provide you with practical tools that you can apply immediately to create positive change in your life.
There is no universal panacea. Each human being is unique and faces challenges that are individual to them, so the course focuses on building your resilience by working on your exclusive set of strengths and skills and your internal protective factors that underpin your resilience.
Not only will you strengthen your mental health and wellbeing, you will be able to help others and form more robust relationships.
With this in mind, you will have to rise to the challenge of working with the practical activities provided and working with the strategies outlined within the course.
The course also investigates the ways that the internal factors work to protect your mental health and wellbeing and ways to support these in your work environment.
The course is based on many years of scientific research and knowledge but, most importantly, it is a course focused on practical application and includes 3 case studies to highlight this.
