There is no cure for fibromyalgia.

This course will help you understand the complicated spectrum of biological, physical, environmental, nutritional, social, emotional, and  even spiritual factors that can influence your condition. 

The course combines my personal experience reversing a severe and debilitating fibromyalgia flare-up with my scientific understanding of human biology and the microbiome.

I am hopeful that by sharing the strategies myself and others have used to reduce pain, minimize negative stressors, and keep health care affordable, I can arm you with a smorgasboard of alternative options to consider in conjunction with external advice from health care and financial professionals  as you develop your own unique strategy for living with your chronic condition and embracing a healthier, more symptom free lifestyle.
