Leadership

Basically, a leader is someone with followers. You can get followers by force, paying them a lot, trickery or by being the person others want to follow. This course will help you become an effective and inspiring leader.

This course is based on the leadership and consulting experience of Rudy Williams, Ph.D. and me, coauthors of Mistake-Proofing Leadership. Combined, Rudy and I had 80 years of leadership experience. Rudy's doctorate was in organizational development and mine is in psychology. Much of the material in this course was taken from our leadership book.

As an expert in human behavior, I help business leaders and employees interact with each other and with customers in the most productive ways, mostly using tools I have created over the past 50 years.
