Description

Module 1 is an Introduction to RPA, covering:


· What is RPA?

· What are the benefits of RPA?

· What can RPA do?

· When RPA Is not an appropriate solution


Module 2 – Process Feasibility, opportunity assessment and requirements gathering.

In Module two we will look at how to identify RPA automation opportunities, what makes a process suitable for RPA by carrying feasibility and opportunity assessment on the processes identified.

We will look at some suitable process criteria such as Repetitive and rules-based processes, and RPA suitability factors.

Just as important as identifying the correct processes it is also to avoid wasted time and eliminate unsuitable processes, by considering “when RPA is not the appropriate solution”. We will also look at RPA process validation methods and supporting questions to validate the process. You will complete module two by prioritising RPA opportunities.

The knowledge gained in module 2 will enable you to contribute to RPA prototypes and Proofs of Concept, identify and assess potential processes for RPA, validation of potential processes for RPA.


Module 3 – Create RPA Business Case and ROI

In module three you will create and develop the RPA Business Case outlining the tangible and intangible costs and benefits of the proposed changes, calculating potential ROI which can be submitted for review and approval.

You will learn how to drive the cost benefit assessment that forms the heart of the business case and owns the business case throughout the project.

You will have the knowledge to articulate the vision and value proposition to senior level clients (process and automation transformation

You will follow a 4 step framework for overcoming stakeholder objections.
