Description

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module is a cloud-based next-generation core HR Solutions that holds a lot of information related to employees and other modules of SAP SuccessFactors consume this information by integrating with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

This course covers at length the different Data Models used in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and how to manage these data models. This course also covers how to manage Picklists and create picklist values, Event and event Reason Derivation, Different business Rules and their Applicability (On Save, On Init & On View), Different type of Workflows like Transfer, Promotion & Escalations, Position Management, Role-Based Permissions, Permission Groups, Manage business configuration, Employee Profile, DG Filters, Mass Changes, HRIS Sync mappings, Import Employee Data & different report domains, table reports using person and employment info domain and different actions that you can perform after creating the reports.

This course will cover how to create an MDF object, create different associations and assign this MDF object to People Profile. This course will also cover people Profile configuration and Role-based permission related to people Profile.

This Course is not a replacement for SAP Success Factors training. This course is meant for HRIS administrators, Business Users, or consultants working on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Module.
