Description

In this course, we explain the electronic school timetable program through the Time Tables application. This course is the first level for beginners in using the program. It begins with opening the program for the first time, explaining the program’s interface and its various menus, explaining the work area and the options associated with it, going through adding the names of the various teaching educational materials to the table, adding chapters as a suggested model for educational training work during the current course, then adding teachers. Those who teach the various educational subjects that have been added, and also explain the method of adding and modifying the days of the week, adding classes and controlling their number, and also adding breaks and their timings. Then we move in the explanation to working on the general plan for the timings of the subjects and adding each number of classes and periods to its subject, and here we assumed a simple model. As a training example on the school schedule, we presented more than one method for adding classes to subjects, to classes, or to teachers. In the end, we chose for you the easiest ways to add classes and periods to the schedule and control modification of them by addition or deletion. Finally, we explain in the current course how the program automatically creates complete school schedules. We present information about manual control of cards and moving between them and the factors that hinder placing a specific card in a chosen position. During the explanation, we presented many information and many problems that may face the data entry and the direct person to deal with the application, and we presented the most important, best and easiest solutions to such problems.

This is the first level, and we will meet well in the second intermediate level, God willing

  • In this course, we learn the first and basic level of making electronic school schedules, from the very beginning, going through the successive steps to control school days and their timings, adding classes, breaks, classes, and laboratories, and ending with obtaining the various reports for school schedules, controlling options for formatting reports, sorting, adding colors, fonts, and all other printing options.
