We kick-off with the Agile Manifesto, how it was created and what the values and principles mean. This is followed with the Scrum framework with its values, roles, artifacts, and events

By the end of this course, you’ll have a working understanding of the fundamentals of Agile as well as its most popular framework – Scrum, setting you up to hit the ground running whether you are working in a Scrum Team or looking to implement Scrum into a team.
