This is part of a series of courses which together help you to set and smash your goals in any area of your life. This is the second course- module 2 of 5 of the Goal Accelerator Program and is focussed on tackling those self-limiting beliefs and breaking through blocks that are holding you back.
This course is for you if you find yourself constantly undervaluing your worth, taking to heart other people’s criticisms, emotions and actions and if you feel unable to move on or progress because of these things. If you know you have a negative opinion of yourself which has developed over time and causes you to constantly question any decisions you have to make, the lessons here will help unpick and address these issues. You will learn how to recognise your triggers and toxic interactions which lower your self esteem; implement boundaries to assert what is out of your control and prune old neural circuits by releasing the old narrative, memories and emotions from the past so you can think, act and feel differently about yourself.
You will also learn the importance and the steps to successful breaking and making of habits for your physical and emotional wellbeing, and practice visualisations of your best self and your dream life. Develop a first class not an economy class life and get nothing less than what you deserve!
