This course is for those who are new to being a Virtual Assistant or VA – either just starting out or interested in becoming one. This course is also for seasoned virtual assistants who have an interest in sharpening their skills, enhancing their knowledge or just getting a refresher course. Regardless of your reason for taking this course, one thing that is guaranteed is that you will walk away with a wealth of knowledge about what is required to be a VA and how you can be a successful and highly efficient one.
This course will review common project management tools that you can use as VA, such as Asana, Monday/com or Trello; you’ll learn about how to maintain and juggle multiple clients; you’ll learn about common tasks that you’ll do as a VA, such as calendar support or email maintenance; how to track your time using platforms such as Clockify or Harvest; how to get paid as a virtual assistant; you’ll learn how to navigate through common virtual meeting platforms, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet. We'll also review a few ways that VAs can find clients or remote work, as well as some general tips and tricks that you can implement to ensure success as a VA.
