Description

Have you heard of skeletal body makeover, which was first devised in Japan from the viewpoints of physics and embryology?

As you get older, your face gets bigger, your legs and back ache more, your sleep becomes more shallow, and all kinds of external and internal discomfort in your body may be caused by skeletal aging.

As a watchmaker, I have been repairing mechanical watches for 15 years, and I myself was suffering from extreme discomfort due to my previous extremely unbalanced posture. While repairing watches, I have tried many therapies, including Oriental medicine, based on my own experience with my body.

Physical discomfort and external aging were difficult to remedy with yoga, which I had practiced for more than 10 years, but I achieved many results in less than a year and a half with therapist treatments and self-work, including skeletal body make-up, which focuses on the relationship between gravity and the skeletal structure.

The skeletal structure of the human body is considered as a single moving structure, and the factors that cause the body to deteriorate in function and build over time are improved by realigning the skeletal structure while considering its consistency with gravity.

The foundation of the skeleton is the kyphosis of the thoracic vertebrae and other curvatures of the spine.

In this course, we would like to deliver this unique method from Japan in a self-working manner, and would like you to feel the great possibility of improvement to your physical discomfort caused by injuries and your own aging.
