Most people are hesitant to go to yoga because "they are not flexible enough". - Have you ever said that? The paradox is: to be strong is a much better starting point than to be flexible in yoga.
Developing strength is essential for a safe, long lasting yoga practice.

Furthermore, developing your core strength and igniting your inner fire has many benefits: It aids posture, upgrades your overall energy level, strengthens confidence and even boosts digestion.
let me guide you into arm balances and handstand
In this 7 Day Challenge we will set the foundation in the first 3 Days and dial it up a notch from Day 4 on.
Apart from building core strength and activating your arm and leg muscles, you'll learn 2 arm balancing poses and progress into handstand on Day 6.
I've also added a breathwork practice for you to work not only on your physical body, but also creating change in the energetic body.
On Day 7 we will bring it all together in a 35min Yoga Class.
