CSI SAP2000 V23 ( Structural Analysis Program ) is an engineering software that is ideal for analysis and design of structural elements like beams, columns, slabs, trusses, cables, shells, etc.

What makes SAP2000 used by most engineers around the world is the fact that it's simple and capable at the same time. It can perform basic analysis like shear and moment calculations to time history analysis and dynamic analysis.

My students, who are engineers and students, have requested from me to do this course for years; and now this course is ready and easy to follow and understand. This course is a basic introduction to the feature of SAP2000 and it dives deep into explaining the steps and options available in this powerful software.

Individual achievements:

- He holds a master’s degree in structural engineering - Cairo University

- A certified trainer from the company American  ACE (specializing in the manufacture and development of engineering programs and software solutions)

- Experience in the Saudi building code, conforming to its structural design, and achieving the stipulated conditions and requirements

- He trained more than 600 engineers and technicians from the Ministry of Interior’s officers to implement the Saudi building code in cooperation with the Saudi Council of Engineers - Structural Engineering Division.

- The ability to analyze, structural design, audit plans, and supervise the implementation of whether concrete or metal facilities

- Providing safe, quick and implementable solutions to construction problems, whether in the design or implementation phase

- Re-studying the structural design and achieving the concept of structural optimization (studied in postgraduate studies) to reduce the cost of the structure in a safe and economical manner and conform to the requirements and restrictions of the Saudi building code.

- Understanding the differences between international codes and therefore the safety factors in the various elements that give courage and speed in making the appropriate construction decision

- The ability to choose the optimal structural system that meets architectural requirements, is least expensive, is executable, makes the most of its components and structural elements, and conforms to the code.
