仁和太极棒套路属于高级套路,是太极棒缠丝功高级阶段教学的一个内容,它在开发身形身法方面具有特殊的功效。因为套路中的多数动作都是左右式对称的,许多动作的难度较大;并且要与伴奏音乐的节拍相吻合,丝丝入扣。所以,它不仅能有效地提高肢体动作能力,不仅能得到较好的运动保健效果,还可以作为参赛的太极拳集体项目,具有很好现场效果。

Renhe Taiji stick routine is an advanced routine, which is a content of the advanced stage teaching of Taiji stick winding silk skill. It has special effects in developing body methods. Because most of the movements in the routine are symmetrical, many movements are more difficult; And it should be consistent with the beat of the accompaniment music. 这里要提示的是,健身太极棒表演套路不能代替太极棒的三项功法训练。不论是缠丝功,内功,还是排打功,与表演套路不是一回事。因为表演套路是将太极棒的三项功法混合在一起,而且它的动作都是做一遍,动作的规范是为了表演而不是在练功,这与我们练功的概念是不同的。
