•2ND SEGMENT: FACTORS 1, 2 & 3
Intended Learning Outcome:
In this segment, you will learn the first 3 key factors influencing our skin which are climate/seasonal changes, environmental effects and hormone levels. It will assist you in understanding the mechanism involved and how to address the skin issues caused by these factors. It is crucial to fully comprehend these factors in order to provide appropriate treatment and solutions to your clients.
•3RD SEGMENT: FACTORS 4, 5 & 6
Intended Learning Outcome:
Following on from the previous segment, the next factors 4, 5 & 6 emphasize on topical treatments, systemic medication followed by nutrition. These 3 mentioned factors are critical for beauticians to recognize the negative effects that their clients are experiencing as a result of using external topical treatments, systemic medication, or the foods they consume on a daily basis. From now on, you will be able to correctly advise your clients on what to do if they experience such side-effects on their skin and provide tangible solutions to overcome them.
•4TH SEGMENT: THE 7TH FACTOR & SUMMARY

The final key factor in this course is autoimmune which affects our skin and results in inflammatory skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, and acne.
