Leadership is simply influence. Everyone influences others. This courses expounds on biblical principles of leadership. It especially caters to the needs of women leaders. Because women have a different set of challenges in the market place.

Everyone is a leader at some level: Home, work, business, Church or  family

Some people lead one person. Some less than five people. More than ten people Hundreds of people, and so on and do forth.

How many people do you influence in your life?

This course is based on biblical guidelines of leadership.

Christians are supposed to be the light of the world. That is influence. God has a purpose for everyone, whether one holds a position of leadership or is simply influencing others everyday in their surroundings. In this course we will be looking at biblical principles of leadership that guarantee success in influencing others. In particular we will be looking at unique aspects of  leadership for women.

These topics will be covered: What is leadership? ;Spirituality and leadership; Vision/ Purpose goal setting and planning.; Character and integrity; Interpersonal skills; Self- development (gifts and abilities, mentors); Women and leadership; Important traits of great leaders in the Bible.

Influencing others is part of your destiny. You are fulfilled when you lead  because it is not just about work and relationships, whether you work in Christian ministry or in the secular world. It is about fulfilling your destiny.
