Either they think self care is selfish or too expensive. People don't know how to set up and easy and cheap self care routine. Self care is still underestimated or most people think its about going to club, Friday Happy hours. Thy don't know what specific self are they need because they are unaware about different types of self care-social, professional ,spiritual or personal.
