This Meditation is build in a way, that systematically challenges the most commom mental health issues that the most people suffer from. The firstly part includes two techniques to help you staying awake. Part two does the opposite: help you to fall asleep. If you are having trouble staying relaxed and calm during the day, the Yoga Nidra technique will help you in part three. Part four and part five go along with each other to work on thoughts and feelings. The sixth part includes a special offer of a Meditation to set yourself free from addictive behavior, as part seven is an introduction to the concept of the healing of trauma. The last three Meditations are based on quick every-day mindsets.
