A film based course on interviews and finally getting the job. The course starts as a film story with different candidates going through varied interviews integrated within the film. It comprises analysis from multiple viewpoints - the company or interviewer perspective, the candidate perspective, frequently asked interview questions and a candidate action plan. Having "watched" and "learnt" the different interview concepts and behaviors by seeing other candidate videos, you can work out your own action plan to prepare for interviews.
The film is set in a college during the placement season. This helps college students and young seekers in identifying with the candidates and experiencing their challenges.
The course is structured as a series of 5 interviews - 3 engineering and 2 MBA candidates and each interview covers different kinds of competencies, frequently asked questions. It gives visual look at body language, conceptual aspects of competencies etc.
Interviewer View gives a quick snapshot of what interviewers think about the candidate
Interviewee view gives a immediate reaction of the candidate. It is interesting to observe the difference in interviewer and interviewee views
Competency section looks at specific competencies which are displayed or not displayed by the candidate.
Frequently asked questions looks at typical questions commonly asked in interviews.
